The housekeeping staff did a commendable job during my stay. Amenities: The hotel offered several amenities that were nice to have, including free Wi-Fi, dental amenities. The breakfast options were decent, with a good assortment of pastries, fruits, and cereals. Cons: Room Size: While the room was clean, I found it to be a bit cramped for my liking. There wasn’t much space to move around, and storage options were limited. Noise Level: The soundproofing could be improved. I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which sometimes disturbed my sleep. Customer Service: The receptionist went another level of hospitality when i forgot my keycard inside the room, he took a while to answer the phone but did helped solve the issue. Kudos for that. Location is very convenient, close to mamaks and some. The bed and pillows were super comfy and smelled nice. Love the shower gel. There was a leak in the smoke detector sprinkler. We got a prompt room upgrade upon complaining. Very swift and smooth response from the front desk.
